Refund policy

Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once completed.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Incorrect submissions

• Failure to submit run proof

• Delay in participation

In case the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be notified and refunded as per the organizer’s discretion.

Decisions regarding verification and eligibility are final.
